Led by professional nutritionist Louise, and health coach with a strong background in psychology, this programme dives deep into the underlying emotional triggers that often lead to unhealthy eating habits and yo-yo dieting.

Over the course of six weeks, you’ll explore the connection between your emotions and eating patterns, gaining insight into why certain situations or feelings drive you to reach for food. The programme provides practical tools and strategies to help you manage these triggers in a healthier way, empowering you to make mindful choices that support your goals rather than sabotage them.

By the end of the programme, you’ll have a clearer understanding of your relationship with food, and more importantly, a personalised approach to maintaining a balanced, healthy lifestyle—free from the cycle of emotional eating and yo-yo dieting.

ABOUT LOUISE

Louise is a Nutritionist and Health Coach with a background in Psychology. She has worked on pioneering pilots with the NHS and Diabetes weight management. Featured on BBC Surrey Radio, she also runs nutrition courses through Surrey Adult Learning.
